By accessing and using the Micromelon Robotics website (www.micromelon.com.au) and our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

Micromelon Robotics Pty Ltd provides educational robotics hardware (Rover), software (Code Editor, Robot Simulator), and related educational resources. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Software Licensing

The Micromelon Code Editor and Robot Simulator are provided under a per-device or per-institution licence. Licence terms are specified in the software licence agreement provided at the time of purchase or download.

5. Warranty

Micromelon Rover hardware comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications. For warranty claims, please submit a repair request through our website.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and course materials, is the property of Micromelon Robotics Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micromelon Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Resell our products without authorisation

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
