We headed down to the ACES Hardware Meetup in Sydney, an evening of presentations and networking with the Australian hardware startup community.
The night was full of founders and teams building physical products in Australia, with conversations covering manufacturing, supply chain, product design, and how to actually get your stuff into customers' hands. We shared a bit about what we've learned designing, manufacturing, and shipping the Rover from our Brisbane facility.
For a company that designs and manufactures hardware locally, staying connected with the broader hardware community really matters. Lots of us are tackling similar problems with local manufacturing and distribution, and there's always something to learn from how other people are solving them.
The ACES community keeps growing as more Australian companies invest in physical products, and we're looking forward to staying close to the network.
